For over 25 years Daily Rain has been recruiting and training motivated individuals in the skills of underground irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair. As a recognized provider of premium services to the industry, the leadership team at Daily Rain has invested significant time and energy into its New Employee Training. New and returning staff participate in two weeks of classroom style & hands on training, as well as two weeks of ride along, shadow training with seasoned technicians.
This new online training platform is a way of taking our own “boots on the ground” hands on training, combining it with valuable resources available on the web, and making it available ON DEMAND to all Daily Rain employees as well as others in the green industry who can benefit from its content.
We have learned first hand that finding trained and experienced talent can be difficult in our industry. We also feel there is a “Best in Class” way of doing things. This training is an example of how we are working to “Grow Talent” and develop more skills in the area of Irrigation Installation, Maintenance, and Repair.

Daily Rain Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jerry Boquette. With a background in outdoor landscaping, plumbing and years of hands-on experience with underground irrigation systems, Jerry decided to establish his own brand to bring high-quality systems and world-class service to his local community.
For nearly three decades, Jerry and the Daily Rain team have remained steadfast and committed to Michigan residents and business owners. With a passion for doing the job with integrity, and hands-on service to clients, Daily Rain, Inc. has grown and thrived year over year.
